We are delighted to announce that our Chloe Dixon has qualified as a Solicitor after completing her training contract with the Firm.
Raised in Barry, Chloe graduated from Swansea University with a law degree in 2019. She then returned to Swansea to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC), which she completed in 2021.
Chloe joined Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice as a Paralegal in August 2022, bringing with her valuable experience from her time working as a Childcare Paralegal at Bridgend County Council. Within less than a year, Chloe had proven herself to be an invaluable member of our team. In June 2023, we were delighted to offer Chloe a training contract, and she was promoted to Trainee Solicitor.
Throughout her training contract, Chloe has consistently demonstrated excellent legal knowledge, combined with the empathy and interpersonal skills essential for success in family law. Working alongside our experienced solicitors, Chloe has gained hands-on experience, including attending Court, creating Court documents, drafting and liaising with clients and third-parties.
We are confident that Chloe will continue to thrive as a family lawyer and remain an integral part of our growing team. She has a bright future, and we look forward to supporting her continued development.
Founding Director, Melanie Hamer commented, “We are delighted that Chloe is staying on with us as an assistant solicitor and she will help secure our position as Wales’ pre-eminent family law firm.”
Chloe commented, “It feels slightly surreal that I have qualified as a solicitor. I am grateful to Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice for providing me with the support and guidance needed to be the best version of myself. l am extremely lucky to be part of a leading family law firm and I cannot wait for the next chapter of my career. This is just the beginning.”
