CAREER
Caitlin Evans is a Solicitor and joined Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice in January 2024.
Caitlin completed her qualifying work experience with the Firm and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2026.
After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2023 with a degree in Law, Caitlin worked as a Paralegal in another law firm in Cardiff.
During Caitlin’s training, she has supported leading lawyers of the Firm on a variety of matters, including complex, high-net-worth cases. This is enabled her to gain invaluable hands-on experience.
Since qualifying, Caitlin has advised clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce and dissolution, matrimonial finances and children related matters.
Caitlin is committed to providing a professional tailored service to all of her clients. Caitlin is approachable and will always strive for the best outcome for her clients.

Child A and B, Re [2024] EWFC 284 (B)
We represented the mother in Children Act proceedings in the Family Court. The case involved an appeal relating to the ‘Pathfinder’ pilot in South East Wales. The mother succeeded in establishing all grounds of the appeal.
