Our Elizabeth Williams appeared twice on BBC Radio Cymru last week.
On Monday, Elizabeth joined Nia Roberts to talk about plans to remove old and outdated laws from the statute book.
Elizabeth and Nia discussed the fact that some things people think are laws are actually myths and no longer in force.
When asked what law Elizabeth would change if she had the power, Elizabeth replied she would be more conscious of making sure that people know the existing laws and make proper arrangements for their finances, rather than continuing to believe in things like common law spouses, ‘quickie’ divorces and so on.
Then, on Friday, Elizabeth appeared on the news to talk about reports concerning levels of debt within divorce, and why some people are in more debt.
Elizabeth also talked about the differences between how women and men have debt divided.
